Thanks Marty. I have been around long enough to see what works and what , well, doesn't. And now I'm a vendor!

Thank you John. For those that are not in the loop, I was in mid-road trip when I stopped off the highway to see Z88Z here and his stable of ZJ's. Hes got so much work to do even he can't keep it all straight

Re: The Sleepy 4.7..................

My Spectra Radiator came in yesterday. POS was sagging in the middle! Was bad enough that it literally looked like a smiley face. Getting a replacement sent out to me by RockAuto tomorrow. Pathetic!

In other news, I just finished having my exhaust re-hung (hangers sheared from excessive torque). Next up is ceramic coating the exhaust.

I never actually got to see it first-hand...It was sent to my buddy's house- he is a mechanic so we are installing it at his place....but based on his account, it literally looked like the thing got too heat during the fabrication process.

It should be getting shipped back today...so I'll have it by next week sometime.

Re: The Sleepy 4.7..................

2 weeks later, I have a new radiator from Rock Auto. Havent seen this one either, but it looks like they got it right this time. Install will likely be sometime this week or the weekend. Also gonna modify my thermostat to run a little cooler. Already a 180, gonna try to put a small hole in it so it stays around 170ish.

I don't think I will...Any lower and it might be an issue. If I can get it to hold 180 in traffic and 170 at cruise, thats fine. I need that extra cooling edge.
