Wedding day weekend rental pics.

Last Saturday i got married to the best woman alive. But the only way to bask in the glory of our wedding was to have the appropriate rental for the weekend away.

Now dont go getting all excited, its nothing amazing but it was deff fun. The super cars and fancy cars are few and far between around here and money was tight.

I rented a 2010 Dodge Challenger, 3.5L V6 250HP, 250FT LB Tq. The exact color name i am not sure of but it was damn close to my Dark Khaki WK.

I must say, this little 3.5L V6 really impressed me with such a heavy car. It can deff move itself out of its own way and it can do burn outs. Its not throw you in the back of your seat engine but it was not a slug IMHO at all.

The car was Great. It was Very Comfortable. I love the seats. It was GREAT on gas. 134 miles on 1/4 tank of gas driving it spirited. Even has the auto stick trans. Traction control off, it does some nice burn outs too. Great Car. I hope to buy an SRT8 Challenger as my toy one day.

On with the pics.

This is my Fav pic.

My Friend that drove my WK did not know how to park it at the same angle as the challenger. LOL

Re: Wedding day weekend rental pics.

That's cool.. it's still a tug boat if you ask me but a great looking car.

I wonder if rental lots will still be stocked with mustang v6's now that they pump out over 300hp..?

Congrats on the wedding, btw!!

Re: Wedding day weekend rental pics.

I believe that is the mineral grey but I'm not 100% sure. Either way those new Challenger's are sweeeeeet. When I was buying my truck there was a black SRT-8 on the lot that was very tempting, but I couldn't imagine how much insurance would have been lol.

And yes, congrats on the wedding!!!!

Re: Wedding day weekend rental pics.

Its not Mineral Gray, Robpp has a mineral gray WK. Its just a tad lighter then Dark khaki but still khaki colored.

Edit: Just Checked its called Dark Titanium Metallic.

Re: Wedding day weekend rental pics.

Congrats on your wedding!
The Challenger is a great looking car. I have the same engine in my 300 and you're right, it's a pretty nice engine.

Re: Wedding day weekend rental pics.

Thanks everyone! This is a pic of my blingin wedding band too. Its Tungsten Carbid steel with a real carbon fiber inlay. Although TC rings can be broken and cant be re sized they are extremely durable and will never scratch.

The Jeweler wanted $350 for this ring. I got the ring on Overstock.com from the exact same manufacturer for $50. So i can always get another if need be. But i cant wear it at work any way but if for some reason my hand was ever compromised it would shatter before compressing like gold or silver so it could save my finger.
