Re: Welcome Home :D

Thanks everybody for all the compliments. Its an awesome vehicle, and I cant wait to see the technology 5 years from now, because this can already do everything. I dont know what I love more, the Key Less Go, the ventilated seats, the interior illumination, the HIDS, the automatic auto hi beams, the gigantic command sunroof... The list goes on and on.

Ah, all the worry about the production is over now, and you can start showing us more pics of the beauty!!!

I'll put up some more soon, I have them uploaded just been busy running around today, not even in the new vehicle :( however I got to put about 30-40 miles on it, and I love it.

i LOVE the bezels. someone asked me one time what would be the first mod. now i have an answer.

I think its a rip off for what they are, a piece of plastic with chrome plating for 81 msrp.. BUT on the other hand, a much needed add-on. It should be included on the overland :D

Re: Welcome Home :D

I would love to see those fog bezels painted
Paint matched might not be too bad.. Better then just the standard plastic color.

To confirm the Fogs are not HID as the engineers stated, its clearly no where near the same whiteness or brightness as the headlamps. Can also see a standard bulb.

Re: Welcome Home :D

19 miles. thats soooooo sweet. and, how do you think the chrome bezels would look on a silver jeep? like matching bezels....or would it just blend in and go un noticed?

im starting to think the chrome bezels might look a lot better on a darker jeep like yours....id also like to see some pics of the jeep lifted to the max.

love the jeep man, love it.

Its hard to say, if your grille pops, then the chrome bezels will pop. Its the same, just smaller. I'd say go for it. If you dont like how they turn out or you dont seem to notice it, EBay them, they are backordered and selling like hot cakes. IMO you'd like them, I love them they make a difference.

Re: Welcome Home :D

BTW, If that was you on the belt parkway earlier, I'd like you to know you broke my neck. HAHA.
Not me bro, I was nervous enough driving it home from Huntington to my house (15 minutes). Im more comfortable now though after getting a few miles on it, starting to learn where everything is, visibility, etc.

Wow, don't blame me if you dont see your wheels anymore LOL.
and Leave my wheels alone, I got those suckers wheel locked.

Re: Welcome Home :D

I cant get any good night shots, I have to read more about my DSLR, but for anyone who hasn't seen them before here is a sneak peak (not really clear) of the interior lights on the GC.

Yes the cup holder is fully illuminated, its pretty neat.

There is also green behind the front door, door handles and a green light to illuminate the bottle/cup holder on the door.

Re: Welcome Home :D

thanks, im going for it. ill post pics once i can find some to buy.
Got mine on ebay, 65.14 + shipping. Be careful about online dealerships, they all sell them, but none seem to have them. I had to cancel my original order because it was backordered, no ETA.

thats exactly who I got it from.. Shipped same day UPS Ground, received them today, bought Tuesday (CA to NY) If you hit the "make an offer" put the price I paid and in the comments say something in the lines of "Recent feedback show this price so Im just matching previous sales"

It worked for me, as I saw someone else on the feedback buy at that price.
