If you use a breather filter at the manifold you need to cap or plug the hole on the intake tube. I used a vacuum cap over one of the plastic barbed fitting that come with the Arrington to seal it off.

i have an AFE stage 2

is it worthy to change it to the arrington?

I highly doubt it. I would bet most of these CAI produce very similar gains.
