My Magnacharger install

So for the past week after work I have been installing my kit in my garage. The kit is very well thought out and the directions are easy to follow. There were some things that weren't perfect but were easily remedied. I did not follow the directions in order due to being by myself and not being able to set the supercharger for that reason. I saved the super charger setting til last. DCSpecial(Dan) helped me set it and Ekaz(Eric) showed up I think to take it if it wasn't on the Jeep yet. LOL. I appreciated the help. I still have to load the new tune because we had some issues with the original sent tunebut that is being taken care of as I write. My install took a little longer because I needed to relocate my trans cooler and that added a bunch of extra steps behind the bumper. If you are wondering if you can do it and are somewhat mechanically inclined it can be done. The directions are very well written and with color photos to boot. Big thanks to Joel and Mark for being available late at night.

Here are some pics from along the way.

Right now I'm sticking with the 6lbs. it came with. We'll see how long the motor lasts and go from there.

I think I figured it out why all you snow belt guys are putting the maggie on mid winter. Its the gas savings, right Chad? I figure if I didn't drive my beast for 5-6 mos. a year that'd be a maggie in savings, gas here now is 3.65/gal. for super!

If I knew if vendors were going to have the sale that I purchased on I would have waited til warmer weather. I might have even waited on the install but I have a bunch of guys here in Chicago that wouldn't let me keep it in my closet(reference to Knuckles). I have a company van for work so it has always been my weekend vehicle. 4 1/2 yrs and 17000 miles.

I don't have a flower but the wife has an orange one. Don't be jealous.

I am jealous. You have a maggie AND an orange flower in your "wife's" car.

You can quote me on this. "Real men install their own supercharger's, however, a true man has an orange flower on the dash of his dream car".

Well then I am half of a real man. Orange flower coming soon. LOL

Thats amazing you pay that much for gas in Korea. We frequently obtain petroleum products from Korean tank ships in Alaskan waters to distribute to fuel companies and its not nearly that expensive.
