question about headers what do u think

There is a set of headers on ebay now that r american racing header i think is there any performance diff between them and kooks b/c everytime i hear keonis jeep i really want headers and i might be able to afford the one on ebay now they get straigt pipe welded to the borla..

Those are Chris's, as I'm sure you know. They don't come with cats or downpipes. You'll either need to buy those seperately or have them made. Gonna be about $350 to buy them, or about $200 if you can have the pipes made..

Also, as I'm sure you know, those will not pass inspection, anyplace that requires a plug-in (which NYS does). Then again, neither do Kooks. The only headers that anybody has run without an SES, with all the O2s working, are the Stainless Works 1 3/4, and even those are iffy. Only 3 of us are running them without codes.

ya i know they r chris i talked to him a couple days ago about them i know im not passing inspection thats why i was thinking of just doing straigt pipe.

Straight pipe you loose back pressure Vinny.. If anything run electronic cutouts... If you do decide on headers save your money and get KOOKS!

i dont like cutouts they could get stuck after a while and they will leak i would like headers with no cats or save and get a blower.. i dont know my head is spining
