Well.....As most of you know Stage6 Motorsports in Jacksonville, FL installed and completed it's monster Turbo kit on my Jeep. I wanted to give my honest opinion and review of the ENTIRE transaction.

First off they picked my Jeep up at my house which is 14 hrs. north of their shop. Drove it down in an enclosed trailer and started the install and fabrication of their custom 76mm Turbo kit. As the install started I would get picture text messages of the progess of the build. As Dwight dug deeper and deeper they found a few things they needed to address.

Fuel system wasn't up to par and needed alot of tweaking. Replaced plugs, Changed the oil and coolant. Changed the plugs, changed the rear diff. and TC fluids, and re-wired alot of things including my 3 gauge pillar.

The Jeep was finished and off to the dyno. Joel (Jerseyboy) flew in for the day to tune the beast. Jeep made 866 rwhp @ 14.5 pounds on race fuel. Very impressive.

Yesterday Stage6 delivered my Jeep to me at the Hemi Shootout perfectly clean and ready to rip. Harrison and Dwight both walked me through the Jeep and showed me exactly what they did and explained how the boost controller works, etc....

Went for a spin and WOW! Completely different Jeep then my previous Vortech Supercharger set-up. The Vortech was more like a "light switch"...boost was either off or on, not a smooth transition at all. Loud whine and lots of blow off noise. The Turbo kit is very quiet. It honestly sounds like a stock Jeep with a Borla S installed on it. Quiet, Tame, and when you want power it's there if you need it. The boost comes on so soft and smooth that it makes my 5000 pound Jeep feel like it weighs 1000 pounds. No more stress about pulleys, belts, and tensioners.

Jerseyboys tune is flawless as well. Nice drivability, smooth gear shifts, and no stalling issues. My wife drove it today and loves it!

Jeep went 10.29 @ 140 mph yesterday on the 14.5# race tune. VERY impressive and what an adrenaline rush. After a couple tweaks I have high expectations of a lower ET this summer.

I drove 2.5 hrs. back home today with no issues.

All in all.....I'm a happy customer of Stage6 and Dwight, Harrison, Ricky, and Joel have done a great job on delivering a high quality and durable product. I would recomend anyone to give them a call if you're thinking of going with a forced induction set-up.

The only thing I changed was the torque converter. With the higher stall I could build boost at the line without pushing thru the brakes. Bills Dominator converter dropped me 3 tenths. Didn't change anything else.

Thanks for all the great comments guys, the Stage6 turbo kit added about 500 rwhp to my jeep.

I see that you have plugged where your pcv valve connects to your manifold and your rad overflow tank is gone. What was done in these 2 areas?

Also could you get a better/closer pic of that beautiful Stage 6 vacuum block and the fuel regulator and how they mount? It is a very nice location. What reg is it also?

Thanks man!

We replace the PCV valve with a fitting we have made that allows us to hook up an AN fitting to it. We then route that to a custom made catch can. All lines going to the catch can have AN fittings. Also, the overflow tank is gone and we custom make on that sits behind the grille. It is powder coated black so you can't see it.:)

He is running an Aeromotive Regulator and a A1000 fuel pump with a stock pump also.

This is about the best pic I've got of the vaccum block and regulator installed.

Here is what the PCV valve looks like next to our fitting we have made.
