2014 8.4AN rebooting 4-5 times a week

I had a lot of issues when I first got my 2014 overland(April 2013 build date) with the radio system rebooting while driving. It was almost a daily occurrence. After a few software updates it seemed to stop and was a very occasional occurrence, maybe once a month. The last 2-3 weeks it has been rebooting 4-5 times a week. Are there error logs the dealer can review to identify if there is a hardware issue?

Before going back to the dealer I would do two things.
1 Engineering reset. If that doesn't work
2. Re-install the Uconnect firmware yourself.

Uconnect Re-boot:
Hold Mute and Tune buttons for reboot.
This makes no changes to your settings, it is just a reboot procedure.

Uconnect Factory (Engineering) reset:
Hold temp up and down buttons to access engineering menu.
This will wipe all of your personal settings and take it back to factory default. It will also load with the SRT logo and take several minutes to hours before it will look the same as it did before.

Download Uconnect firmware from here - https://www.driveuconnect.com/software-update/

Snuke's advice is 100% bang on.

If it still does it, it could be an electrical/grounding issue. They should likely swap the radio without too much argument though if all of the above does not apply.

Ok. Thanks guys. I'll give it a try. Will I need to call Sirius after doing the reset?

Not usually, it will come back. If it doesn't you can do an online reset via their webpage while the vehicle is in the clear and running.

Well the factory reset didn't fix it. I did it about 4 days ago and it just rebooted again tonight. Strange thing is it seems like I'm either on the phone or listening to Bluetooth audio when it reboots.
