Greetings,

Yes, that is correct. In terms of computer technology definitions, the buffering system goes into the virtual memory phase. It is recommended to keep additional screen cleaning devices to keep the surface clean for the stick-em. To much build of glue can cause a read error.

On the next update, you will be required to install an IBM card reader.

Please drive safe with these methods, you are now in the driver distraction mode.

Best for now.

For comparison, all the updates to my Garmin NUVI have been downloads, but go directly to the NUVI. The full North America city navigator did not take that much time at all.

Agree my portables have always been downloads also. In dash in the past have often been dvd but with the move to flash drives download would be the logical choice but Will had mentioned part of the problem could be distribution so given that situation possible could go either way, guess we will find out monday if they hold to their date.

I haven't seen much logical at all concerning this update. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if it does come on keypunch cards. I think FCA should send this update to everyone with a '14 with nav for free on a usb drive.

Must have...now....

Seiously, those are cool. You could still use them with an extender.

Even without one, there is a good amount of room - far more than a computer often has. You just might not be able to close the compartment door.

But hey, if you have a Jeep USB drive, why would you want to hide it?

I've started a small collection of them; have a Nikon camera, Porsche Panamera, Mini Cooper, miltary Jeep, engine piston, and an open end wrench; but the one in the picture has been hard to come by. It was a promo done for the Toledo assembly plant.

It is like Christmas is just 2 days away, and I am a 6 year old waiting for it to come.

Hopefully not that Christmas where you were disappointed at not getting what you were hoping for...

My fear is, all we'll get are socks and underwear.
