Hi, I had this problem. If calling uConnect doesn't help, here
's what worked for me.
When this problem developed for me, my radio had just been replaced. So, I already had an update disk. When I inserted the disk, it displayed
a "Requester Code", which seemed to work the same as a "Request Code," even though the latter was not
shown under system settings.
Of course, you'd need to have an update disc to get to this point... As I mentioned, I had good luck using UConnect Customer Service
. Maybe they could help. Or maybe you could ask HERE to send you the disk and then you call them with the Request Code once you receive the disk.
