2014 sirius stopped working

Any ideas? Worked yesterday, no problems then last night i notice all presets are gone, fm, am, sirius. Fm and am workvbut dont display more thsn just the bumerical channel, no info. Sirius shows no channels, bo data, nothing.

Tried going to settings to see my sirius subscription but it just says pleae wait and nothing more. Anyone have any ideas what to try?

Go quick to the service center so they can witness it screwed up so maybe they will replace it for you...

Ok, check your radio version in the settings:

Go To Apps > Tools > settings > System Information > Software Version

What does it say?

13.10.0
Brought it to the dealership after talking to sirius that confirmed that everything on their end is fine so it has to be the actual radio

Nope. actually they FIRST thing they will do when you drop it off to get fixed.. is update it to 13.19.0

you are 100% allowed to do this. and they can ask where you got it... just say "The internet". they cant tell you werent allowed to.

this is a quote from the install instructions from Chrysler:
For your convenience, you can choose to either perform the update yourself or take your
truck to your preferred Dealer to have the update completed by a service technician, free of
charge. If you choose to bring your vehicle into a dealer to have update preformed, simply
reference the Uconnect 8.4A or 8.4AN software update when scheduling your appointment.


and here is some of the issues not having 13.19.0 can cause:

from TSB: 08-049-13

so save yourself a trip to the dealer... load it up! also, after its all done, wait a few days for it to smooth out (it will act funny) - pull the battery cable off for 20 minutes. They will tell you this is required next. I have actually noticed even faster response time after.
Im waiting now to see if the battery pull fixed mine for good.

Appreciate the advice but As i stated eArlier, jeep is Lready at dealership. I work 12 hour tours 10 minutes away from there so its not a big deal to drop it off and leave it there while i work.

Well, update to my situation. All updates were done by them and its still broken. Ordered me a new radio, they said About a week but we'll see about that
