Re: 2014 UConnect phone pairing issues?
So I just heard back from the dealership...they want to replace the radio unit. They said they started a "star" case and replacing the radio (to which the bluetooth is attached) is what they said to do. Apparently this is like a national database and dealers call in from all over to report problems. The service advisor at my dealership is a good friend of mine so I know he is trying as hard as possible to make it right but I'm afraid the new one will just do the same thing, especially after hearing how cmontel727's dealership tested multilple 2014s on the lot and none of them worked. He said there were no "flashes" that said a software update was coming out I have Verizon also, don't know if I mentioned that, but then I remember another post someone put up that it shouldn't matter what carrier...so confused. Anyway, should I let them replace it? I am so frustrated, I've only had the car a little over 2 weeks. Can you return vehicles?!?!
