2014 Uconnect problem - settings won't stick?!?

2014 Overland w/ 13.19.0 Uconnect

Memory user 1 settings seem to save fine. However, when user 2 is selected, any settings that are changed in Uconnect "uncheck" themselves after 3-4 seconds.

Anyone else experience this and find a fix?

Re: 2014 Uconnect problem - settings won't stick?!?

This issue has come up in a few threads. If memory serves, the vehicle needs to be running and make sure you are using the second fob when doing this, as in not the same key fob that is linked to memory 1.

and you cant do them both in one "shot" set prof 1. Turn it all off, wait... then using fob 2.. set it all up.
