2015 Grand Cherokee Speed warning.

Greetings,

I've had my Grand Cherokee a week now
And the speed limit warnings are drivin
Nuts.
Is there a way to turn the warnings off with
out turning the Nav volume completely off?
Thanks

Under Nav, options/settings, guidance. I believe you could toggle on/off and also change at what speed you want a warning.

It can definitely be turned off in the menus. BTW, you can also determine how many miles an hour over the speed limit that the warnings should start at.

Thanks to all that replied!
I don't know how I missed that menue option, but I found it and was able to increase the speed in which the warning kicks in!

I have mine set to 14mph. I love this feature. It's pretty reliable.
It has a pleasant voice too.

By the way.

The Warning Volume is the same as NAV Volume.

You can set the Volume Offset in the NAV settings too.
This way if you have the radio blasting, you can hear the warning.

I had issues sometimes this Volume offset would reset itself.

I set the Level to 20 or so. Default is like 12.

Yes, it can be turned off, unlike a wife or mother in law!

I have mine set to 10 mph. I've contemplated turning it completely off but I KNOW the first time I get pulled over (knock on wood) with it turned off ... I will kick myself in the rear end!

I think it's better to just turn it up than off if it's annoying. If it's annoying you'll just tune it out.

10 is pretty low for most drivers.

Occasionally it's wrong. Like a Toll Booth that recently switched over to a high speed toll. It's so funny when it comes on saying the Speed Limit is like 30 and I'm going 65
