Anyone else have this issue? my Nav screen will go black and then the system reboots. This just started today. It doesnt happen everytime just once in a while.

I've experienced resets like that before but none in quite a while. But it did something new today. The map portion of the screen went black for a few minutes with all the remaining labels on the nav screen still showing. Then the map portion reappeared without fully resetting.

I vote for poltergeists.

I just started having this same problem today. I've had this thing in the shop 4 times since I bought it over the command center, the last repair was just on July 18th. System was updated last weekend. Today it started with the black screen for only the map and then that section alone would "reboot", then it finally stopped working all together. Stop the routing and then tried to add it back only to receive "FAILED" in the place of "Go".

Here's an update.

On the way home from work the system rebooted 2 times in less the. 10 mins. For the hell of it. I put my address into the nav. The system did not reboot anymore for the rest of the ride home. This morning to work I just left it as it usually is and it did not reboot. I'm leaving my jeep at work tonight so I won't be able to see if it does it tonight.

My 2014 has same nav rebooting problem, started Aug 30 also. My dealer had updated it to 15.26.10 about ten days prior.

I took it in this afternoon to have them reload the software.

I'm about 50 miles from Jefferson North and service adviser said another customer who is a quality manager at JNAP was in a few days ago and said all Jeeps are doing this. The problem is not in the vehicle but has something to do with Sirius signals.

Could be something to that. I drive my 2011 most of the time and for the past couple of weeks I have gotten a LOT of 30 second Sirius outages with the yellow "Updating Channels" bar on my 430N. I've never seen it "update channels" so often before.
