Re: 430N Album Cover Art

Sorry to disappoint you but you actually have to RIP a CD using the head unit in order for the artwork to appear. Many people have tried to import MP3 with embedded art, art in a folder, etc - it just doesn't work. The unit has to have the CD and match it up with an INTERNAL database of artwork & song info. Yeah. A static database. Genius.

Well that sucks.

I have another question:
I would like to shuffle all songs on the hard drive - I have five different albums in five seperate folders. I've only been able to figure out how to shuffle each folder. Can the system shuffle through multiple folders?

I discovered how to shuffle songs in seperate folders today on my drive home. The small round button on the back of the steering wheel on the left side will shuffle through tracks while in HD mode.
