430N Help

I emailed Jeep about recieving the update. They emailed me back and said my Overland was not eligable, but when I called they told me I might recieve the CD update in the mail. Instead, I downloaded the sofware update online for Sirius Travel Link and installed it into my 2011 Overland. The update worked, but when I went to the travel link icon, I can only see the sports and movies. It tries to find the weather and gas prices. I called sirius and had them resend the signal, but nothing. Anyone have this problem?

When you did the CD install did you let it run completely through the install? It takes more time between steps then the TBS says. There were a couple of times I almost turned it off because I thought it wasn't doing anything.

Also, mine took a few hours before everything was update once the CD install was done.

Yes, I let it run completely through. Pictures of the instructions came with the download and I followed them exactly. Should I redownload the file and then install it again?

No. If any part of Travel Link is working, the download was successful and the problem lies elsewhere.

Have you logged in your Sirius account to make sure you have the Travel Link subscription? You can also resend the Sirius signal to your radio.

Re: 430N Help

Where else would the problem lie? I called Sirius and I do have travel link set up, because they see it on their end when I give them SID #. They have resent the signal and I still only get info for movies and sports, not weather or gas.
