430N issue

I don't know if this issue started once the dealership updated my 430N with TravelLink, but when I shut off the engine, and listen to the music (delay shutoff), if I change the station, no problem. But if I change the mode - from FM to SAT, etc, the music mutes. It stays muted no matter what I do. I can't get sound unless I hit the start button again. The "off-delay" is set for 10 minutes. Any suggestions, or is this a dealer issue?
