Sounds like the CD wasn't built correctly. You have to use a CD burner program that takes the .ISO file and creates an image copy, closed session.

Thanks, I know there's an option Burn Image File which I thought I selected. I'll try again.

That doesn't make sense. The software will show you a Travel Link button even if your car didn't come with a subscription.

Press the MENU hard key. You'll see a screen with buttons like "System Setup". One of them should say "Travel Link". If it doesn't, and you really have a 430N, the software update didn't complete. What version number does it report?
