I didn't notice a second connector... interesting...
I've only had my Overland during the dark (it took TWO HOURS to sit through the finance guy's crap at the dealer.. I almost jumped up and choked him to death), so I haven't examined it very closely yet.
I've decided the cover art really doesn't matter much, since you can switch the display to show the map in the right hand side of the screen anyway, and that's almost always where I'll have it..
As far as my iPhone throwing the "this is not an iphone compatible device" alert... well.. that irks me, but I used to see that on my old Pioneer setup. I think I'm going to just stick my old iPod Touch in the center console and keep it updated, since keeping my phone tethered is kind of a pain in the butt anyway, and I'll charge it off one of the two outlets.. so...
Ultimately, I'm okay with things... iPod/iPhone integration isn't nearly as good as I had hoped, but it's useable. Hopefully a future RHR update will make it a little better...
I kind of wish TravelLink was more integrated with the Nav system -- like it would show upcoming gas stations and prices or something on the map... but, again, it's acceptable.
