Hmph, good luck with the dealer, they have no interest keeping up with technology to be helpful. With a few questions I may be able to help you more than they can.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, it appears the hardware is capable, but the firmware has not been fully-developed/released to implement this "feature" in the 730. The 430 received a firmware update in March (IIRC) to activate SMS, so I guess there is still some hope that we may get this capability at some point (even though the two systems come from different vendors). Come-on Harmon....

Sox posted that a firmware update is coming today. He hasn't posted a change log, but hopefully this feature will be added.
