730N RHR Travelink problems - grayed icons

I just purchased a 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland with a media center 730N RHR. About 80% of the time when I go into the "travellink" sirius radio menu, the "Movies" and "Sports" icons are grayed out and can not be selected. 20-30% of the time when I go in they are not grayed out and are available for selection. It is always the Movies and Sports that are grayed, all other options are fine. Is anyone else having this problem? The dealership where I bought the car says that since it is Sirius related that they have no responsibility and they are absolutly no help at all in this matter. Called Sirius, they did a reactivation, ...same problem.

You can not access those particular features while the vehicle is in motion. If it happens while stopped, there is a problem.

Re: 730N RHR Travelink problems - grayed icons

I've noticed that the Movies selection has been unavailable for a few days now. All the other buttons work correctly. Wonder what Sirius is up to now.

When the free year is up, unless Sirius gets things straightened out, I certainly will not be renewing the Travelink part.
