Re: 730RHR and 4th gen Nano

Thanks guys....After fighting with the dumbass rep at the dealer, I finally decided to screw it and keep the nano in my Durango, and get an Ipod touch for the JCO.

Was hoping to be able to access the ipod when the vehicle is parked via wifi. Getting closer..

Thanks!

Re: 730RHR and 4th gen Nano

It's definitely the newer IPOD/Iphone software. I'm getting the feeling it will never be addressed since it's an Apple issue and the number of Apple users it affects is not that large compared to their base. My iphone 4 works with my 430N GC (as long as you lock the iphone) that I picked up in February, but it will not show any information on the 430N screen so your just playing blind. My older Nano 8G from like 4 years ago works great.

I sucked it up and bought a 160gb iPod Classic. It works fine as does my 8gb nano from a few years back.
