You can browse in the link below if you want. The Crutchfield site carries most of the name brand radios. You enter your vehicle and the site will show you what radios can be made to fit and will tell you what you need to do the upgrade. There may be other sites, but crutchfield has been pretty good.
I think you will find that all the aftermarket units need some kind of CAN Bus adapter as well as some kind of minor dash surgery. A couple outfits sell steering control adapters. You can also send crutchfield an email and let them make suggestions.
You may find it easier to replace the 430 with another chrysler radio if you can find one with the functions you want. You may need to go to a custom installer.
