Quite a bit different than the WK. If I did this right there should be a pic attached of the dash with the radio removed. The shiny bracket of metal behind the plastic piece can be removed without much trouble. The problem is the plastic framing piece with the screw holes. It is just about a 1/4 of an inch too short to slide a DD unit through. I will say that I am very impressed with the construction and insulation I'm finding in the dash. It's no wonder the cabin is so quiet.

I did. They said good luck. The only units they recommended were single din sizes and they said that I would have to make my own mounting bracket to use one of those.

I put a single DIN deck in mine. I used a mounting bracket and harness for a 2010 model. The bracket only needed minor modification because some of the screw holes didn't match up.

I think for the most part all the harnesses from last year will still work. Like you said if you reposition the screw holes by some means the bracket from last year can also be used as the actual face size of the radio has not changed. It may be possible to use the side screw hole positions of the old bracket if you want to drill new holes in the support posts on the left and right sides.
