We have a '14 GC Limited with 9-speaker amplified system, 8.4" screen.
Installed the NavTV module about a year about with a DVD player. After install, we began to experience a skip in the audio. This happens if we use the DVD player, stream audio from phone, or listen to the radio. Is this a problem with the NavTV or the factory radio? I am nervous to take it to the dealer because of this, as they will blame the NavTV for certain...unless this is an actual Jeep problem.
To describe the skip better, it is an audio only skip, where the sound cuts out completely for 1-2 seconds. Not long. Sometimes it happens a lot, other times I can drive for hours without it happening once.
