Re: Blue tooth streaming

I can stream whatever audio is playing via my iPhone - it doesn't matter what the source is. I can't answer for Andriod though.

I do that quite a lot as well. Scanner Radio app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...nerradio&hl=en) for Android is my choice. Have heard good things about the 5.0 Radio for iPhone as well.

Re: Blue tooth streaming

I can speak for the 430N, not sure about the 730 - Pandora streaming does work fine. It's also really nice that the next track/pause/play buttons on the head unit work to control the Pandora app.

The only thing really missing is track display and thumbs up/down - but I'm sure those are only available on the newest "Pandora-integrated" head units that some aftermarket manufacturers have out.

Re: Blue tooth streaming

My phone works fine through the bluetooth but it does not recognise the phone for pandora, unless I am doing something wrong wich is probably what is happening lol.

For Android phones, go into your Bluetooth settings, hold down on the Uconnect paired device, and select Options. You should then see at least 2 options under profiles: Phone - use for phone audio, and Media - use for media audio. If not already selected, check the Media box and it should allow the phone to stream any audio including Pandora to UConnect.

From there it's as simple as launching Pandora on the phone then selecting AUX on the head unit.

Note - These instructions assume you have already done the initial phone/UConnect pairing as outlined in the UConnect/Jeep manual.

Re: Blue tooth streaming

I can stream any audio (Pandora, Scanner Radio, etc) via Bluetooth from my Android phone (Bionic) to my 730N.

Sometimes it does take a couple of tries to get the connection to establish and the audio to start streaming.

Yes, Works very well with HTC Incredible and Thunderbolt. Others have covered how to pair you phone. Once paired start stream from the phone and then hit the aux on the 730n and pick the source being your phone.
