Changes in new sofware for 430N (except Travel Link)

What changes did you notice in new software for 430N (23.04.41) except the addition of Travel Link?

This is what I found:

1) "NAV" button in the upper right corner has bitmap for a background

2) [This may have been there before, I am not sure] When in NAV if the list of Favorites is on and the car is moving the arrow will show approximate direction to each Favorite. Arrow direciton is updated in real time.

Now you always see a message about which driver's memory features
are being used when the vehicle starts. Before the update I only saw it if I
used the remote start feature.

I'm not sure this happened as a result of the RHB update or an update with my Droid 1 phone, but the bluetooth audio streaming sounds much better now. I used to get what sounded like clipping of high frequencies. Now it sounds perfect.

Re: Changes in new sofware for 430N (except Travel Link)

I just installed this update. Didnt play with it too much. Travel Link is enabled, however, the data for it was not available. Maybe the system needs more than a couple minutes to download data (gas prices, sports info, movie times). I have an evo 4g. Tried to see if "messages" worked on the evic but still does not. Anyone have an evo 4g and if so does your bt connection connect and disconnect randomly? For the 1st 4 or 5 months it was flawless...had the radio replaced and still have the same issue. I guess it could be my phone. I dont know if there is a uconnect module seperate from the radio itself. Also, on another note, will we automatically recieve the complimentary 1 year of extended service automatically from sirus (since i did the update myself)?

I did the update myself and I did get the extra year of service. In fact, my Sirius account showed the one year extension even before I applied the software update.

Have to go on line to Sirius - register an account with them - and then the account info will show which services you are subscribed to and the expiration date.

I guess I have gotten lucky. They have given me two additional years so far but still can not add back in my Travel link to this years subscription.
