forgive me if the answer is already posted but anyways; i have the customtronix jailbreak in my jeep and was trying to do the siri upgrade 16.XXX but it wont work. whenever i install the usb stick it just comes up file is not supported. I tried 3 different sticks with the proper format and the same thing. But, the ubs stick from customtronix was recognize. So I'm I stuck at version 14.XXX until I uninstal the customtronix jailbreak or is it something else.

just an update.. I contacted customtronix and aside from amazon and apple they are the best in terms of customer service. Within a day of sending them an e-mail they responded by sending me the software update 16.XXX with very simple installation instructions. Update went smoothly about 10-15 mins.

I have also used the jailbreak.
The guys from customtronix are a great bunch and the support is more than excellent.
The jb allows you to use the uconnect search functions while driving; bluray on the main screen while driving, on some models it adds the SRT Menu and most of the functions (my fav appls). You can add cameras and other stuff now as well. Judt visit their site and have a good read.
It does NOT make your car faster or safe more fuel. :) :) :)

I ordered the silver jailbreak and paid close to $200 with a discount. From the time I ordered to delivery it was about 3 days fedex. I live in NY and I think it's shipped located Sweden. I had a shop installed mine because I wasn't comfortable in running the front camera. I added an Amazon fire stick in mine with kodi along with the front camera.

So is there anything different between this and the tazer or does it just come down to preference.

I have a tazer on my 2017, just new to jeeps and this is the first I've head of it. The '17 models are kind of limited on aftermarket parts that are available.
