Damaged Sub Grill

Hey everyone,

I have two German Shepherds and one decided to kick in the cover (grill?) Over the stock subwoofer. Suggestions on replacing it?

Free dog picture. One of these two broke it.

Re: Damaged Sub Grill

I just installed the jl stealth box so I have the side cover you're looking for, my interior is also black. I'm in San Francisco, if you're in the area you can pick it up.

Re: Damaged Sub Grill

Can't help on the speaker grill, but the dog on the left looks guilty enough that he did the damage.

Haha. I'll be sure to tell her we've pegged her as the guilty one!

Re: Damaged Sub Grill

What's wrong with getting a replacement part from online or your dealer?

Re: Damaged Sub Grill

I can't find it. The dealer says you have to replace the whole panel

Re: Damaged Sub Grill

Well the whole subwoofer, enclosure and sub, is $135 and the $0.92 flashlight with a $12 battery is $46 so I'm betting the grill or whole panel as I remember it available is 2-3 grand knowing the fiat/heep mentality. I'll get a price tomorrow but I don't remember it being a separate piece as discussed before.

Re: Damaged Sub Grill

That's my thought. The dealer said you have to replace the whole panel. Which I don't overly want to do.

Re: Damaged Sub Grill

Yeah, I don't trust the dealer but it looks like they may be right this time as for some odd reason FCA has decided not to make the speaker grill available on it's on any longer.

The speaker grille part is: 68085754AA
68085754AA

The quarter panel assembly is depending no the colour trim I suppose and is reporting as USD239.19: 1GU36DX9AE ; 1GU36DX9AB; 1GU36DX9AC; 1GU36DX9AD

Right Quarter Trim Panel

Hope this helps you with your search and good luck. Let us know what you find further.
