Question Do i have everthing i need for install

Hello all, im new to this forum but been reading a lot. My wife and i just purchased a 2011 Laredo, i know its the low end model but my wife i love it.

The first thing i want to do is install a Kenwood DNX691HD, i miss having navigation and blue-tooth calling.

I currently have the Media Center 130 with the Unconnect phone button on it, but it doesn't work, i understand why but i was wondering though is the microphone still installed in the vehicle? and if so how do i connect after market stereo to it..

So here is a list of everything i think i need to get this job done correctly. Please tell me if i am missing anything..Thanks

Headunit- Kenwood Dnx691HD
Maestro RR-I like all the features this brings
Maestro CH1 Installation Harness
Double Din plastic dash sides kit

If any of you have experience with Maestro RR please let me know i have a few questions..Thanks

:EDIT i notice the error in the title, im sorry.

Re: Do i have everthing i need for install

You are likely going to need several adapter plugs to mate your after-market system with the Jeeps system wiring if you don't already have those in the list of items you mentioned. It may be already be part of the "Installation Harness" you list, but they have to be for a MY11-13 JGC electrical system. MY14/15 is a whole different electrical system.

Microphone is normally in the rear-view mirror and if so, the wiring from it should be in one of the harnesses in the dash where the sound system goes.

Re: Do i have everthing i need for install

Greetings,

I would give them a call and verify that the factory mic works with iDatalink. You are better off with the factory one.

iDatalink - Maestro - Search

Fill in the search information for steps 2 and 3 for the latest information and firmware updates.

Best for now.
