DVDs won't display on the factory rear entertainment system after lockpick install

I have a 2012 Limited with the 430N radio and rear entertainment system. I installed a Lockpick V.4 yesterday and while movies show up fine on the head unit, they don't show up on the rear screen. All the other menu screens appear as normal, just no video. I also could not the audio to play through the headphones when selecting the radio inputs.

I checked all the settings .... first 3 DIP switches down, last 2 up and VES is set to "off" on the TV screen Lockpick settings.

Any ideas?

I installed the Lockpick and now my factory VES rear entertainment is intermitting.
The Lockpick is able to create a VES mode within your radio to allow a multimedia audio and video input
as well as an output for additional screen(s) if desired. The default setting on page 3 of the Lockpick
options is VES OFF. If you change the option and turn it ON when you already have a factory VES system,
the communication will conflict. Set the option to OFF to restore factory VES operation.

Thanks, but unfortunately, that's not it. I was trying to say that I already had that option set to "off." I even turned it on, then off again, to see if it would make any difference, but it did not.

Guess I'll contact CET.
