The problem I see with Sound Ordnance it does not have any speaker outputs to send the signal over to the rear door. The rear door is a full range signal. The best thing to do is install a bass block on the rear door speakers and also tap the sub to the rear door speaker leads. This should give you want you had in WRX with a better balance.

appreciate the reply, for the bass blockers crutchfield recommends 150Hz cut offs for the rear speakers you guys agree those are the best? and the sub ordnance has speaker inputs if I remember correctly it should look just like this pic:

You should be fine. As were to put the sub, that is up to you to locate the sweet spot. I would try under the fronts seats, this way the base does not get lost in the cargo area.
