Factory Sub Enclosure

Hi all...this might sound crazy, but I'm tossing around the idea of buying a OEM sub enclosure for my stock 6 speaker system. I've found a few on eBay, but I don't know what else I'll need to make it look stock (such as trim pieces around it, etc.) By no means am I trying to have any rumbling bass, just a little extra bump to complete the sound. Full system upgrade will be in the future and the stealth box is out of the budget. Thoughts?

Oops, I bet that would help. It's a 2015 Altitude.

Greetings,

IMHO, the sub is something not write home about. I would serious consider saving you hard earn $$$$ and do it right. With 2015 and the Uconnect system, you are going to spend money on the system integration phase. Plus other items such as amps. The outcome of the OEM Sub will be a muffled sound.

First and foremost, start the process off by asking your self do I want a traditional front/rear/sub system or a surround sound system. Both of this system tailored to the sound quality stage. As you said, a club system in the car is not what you are looking for.

Best for now.
