First Issue - No Sound

Have had my '14 Limited for almost 6 months and it's been perfect until now. The 8.4 Nav Radio has decided to mute itself (no sound under any conditions). All the displays, presets, etc. work fine, just no sound output from the speakers under any conditions. Sounds like an amp issue - booked an appt. for Friday. A 65 mile ride to the dealer -

I doubt it will work, but I'd try a factory reset before driving 65 miles.
Note you will lose all settings if you factory reset it.

Might be a separate fuse for the amp too.

Re: First Issue - No Sound

I decided to check the fuse box and located the 30 amp one for the amp. It looked fine but I pulled it out and reinstalled it and now everything works - darned electronics!
