That dash speaker is why exactly and was it part of the kit combo?

I have the same infinity's in the rear.
I cut the high domes out, screaming too much for me.

In the front sounds pretty darn good now., nice fill in from the the back.

The rear problem is not "really" solved with speakers, the head unit feed is way to crappy to make anything out of it in the rear.

somewhat an improvement over stock imho, but far from good for rear passengers.

Up next I'm investigating Sub speaker.

Were those rear speakers broken in before you cut the tweeters out? Seems like once you did that you killed the tears and turned them into what the stock tears were originally. Did you point them at the floor and turn off the highs via the button like impressive suggested?

Have the Alpine.
Trust me I've tried many setups in the back.......

I believe the head unit is only sending an ugly midrange signal to the rear, making high or low out of of it is only going to sound bad.

The front doors I think have a nicer frequency range for doors.

But....Sound is really a personal thing, if you feel it sounds great - stick with it, that's all that matters.

Rears get full signal... Fronts are limited to lows only. Sounds like you have your doors on backward 😎

I just purchased the infinity set up. If someone wants to split the cost of the center speaker with me and add some shipping cost, let me know.

Supposed to be delivered this upcoming Tuesday. I got center, front+tweeter, and rear door for 312 off of ebay FYI.

I got it from: agreatdeals4u

Looks like I got the last pair of front speakers at a decent price off of ebay. Sorry guys.

OP looks to have posted a great write up. If I have anything to add, I will take a pic.
