One of the little vehicle icons you can choose among is the GC with the pano roof. Cool.

Re: Garmin FYI

One step at a time! I would have never thought to check. My salesman set it up for me. Then I went through the set up to see the choices... more than my portable Garmin.

Re: Garmin FYI

Does anyone know if you can add the free custom vehicle icons and voices from garmin? Since you can not plug the built in unit into your computer to load them there has to be another way to get them loaded via a flash drive.

I tried loading both custom vehicles and voices via USB, putting them into the correct folders (on the USB stick) where they live on the portable Garmins, the same technique for loading custom POIs... But no luck...the 430N did not appear to recognize anything but the POIs.

Re: Garmin FYI

I tried playing with it a little last night to no avail. I put in a support ticket at garmin to see if it is possible.
