Help Adding Dual Mic to 13o RES with Uconnect.

Hello everyone. I am completely new to Fourums and how to post and get help. I recently joined the wonderful world of Jeep Ownership with a 2011 JGC Laredo. I wanted some more bells and whistles but at the price I got, I couldn't refuse.

anyway here is my problem...
I have the 130 RES and added a Uconnect module and dual mic rearview mirror. Everything is installed and has been flashed, when I push the talk button it shows on the display but there is no sound and the mic appears not to be working. Is the wiring harness from the Rearview supposed to be plugged into the back of my radio? or do I have the wrong wire harness? The harness has all the attachments of adding Iphod and even lockpick but I only have the 130 RES. I did have to modify the harness to get sound back to the front right speaker. I know this is a lot but I'm a little out of my element and I know that there are more qualified people here

Thanks in advance for any advice or input you have...

If the microphone is not plugged into the radio, what is it plugged into?

I had the mic plugged into the back of the radio but when I hit the phone button I didn't hear anything and no voice commands were heard. It's acting as if it's not even plugged in. I don't have a stand alone mic to test. Could the wire harness be wrong? I had to cut and splice some wires in it to fix the sound in the front drivers speaker. The wire harness also has plugs for a stand alone mic and Usb. The rearview mic has 6 wires coming out of it an the stand alone input only has 4. And a different connector. Sorry for the long reply but I'm a noob and have a lot of frustration trying to figure his out😬

Re: Help Adding Dual Mic to 13o RES with Uconnect.

I guess what I need is a wiring diagram to show where the wires come from the Rearview mic go to the radio and how the wire harness should look from stereo to the Uconnect. I don't think the wire harness is wired correctly. I think it was setup for a add-on mic and not the dual mic I have.
