How to Factory Reset 8.4AN

I'd like to try factory resetting my Radio 8.4AN.

Voice Dialing doesn't work at all.
Voice Recognition on Navigation is terrible.
Voice Recognition works fine on Music.

I doubt it will fix either issue, but worth a shot.

I'm running 13.28.2

Yes, I tried searching this forum. And browsed Settings Menu and could not find anything.

Thanks

Re: How to Factory Reset 8.4AN

Hold down the cold and hot temp buttons on the driver's side for a few seconds; the diagnostic screen will then come up. Towards the bottom of it is the option for factory reset.
