How to mute 730n (RER) radio

Does anyone know how to mute the 730N? If I just want to use the nav without any raido the only way I see to do it is select HDD or DISK and hit the pasue button. This does not seem right.

Doesn't look like it's an option on the 730N (RER) but will be added to the upcoming RHR version:

I think the mute / un-mute is for the whole system like when you want to take a call or talk to someone. I don't think it mutes the radio and leaves the spoken navigation output.
