How to permanently set guidance volume

Does anyone know how to permanently set the navigation voice guidance volume? I set the volume to 8, but at the next car start it is defaulted to 12.

Re: How to permanently set guidance volume

If you haven't tried this yet, set it with the radio volume dial, while the lady in the dash is speaking. That was suggested a long time ago and worked for me on a '14

I've had it reset on me too. Will be fine for weeks and then boom it resets 12.

I set mine high 20.

This level is the RELATIVE difference over the Radio Volume.

This sets how loud or soft you want it RELATIVE to the Regular Volume.

So if you like blasting the Radio or have a Source that needs the Volume set High then you'd probably want this low.

Mine doesn't last that long. On the next start of the car it is reset to 12. Regardless of how I reduce the volume. I also tried your suggestion but it not help.

Re: How to permanently set guidance volume

The best time to set the navi voice volume is when navi is talking.after navi is talking volume control will default to radio volume.

I have my navi vol. set higher than fm vol. so to break in for when to turn dr.

I'd try a Factory Reset. It seems to magically fix some stuff.
There is also a nee update. I'd apply that and then factory reset.
