Unfortunately to get really good sound you need aftermarket amps and a real sub.
Did you put an amp on those speakers? And yes, 9/10 an aftermarket sub and amp are what is needed to bring up the bass. It's the same story on my kicker system.
This is my setup:
Dash: kicker ks35 coax speakers
Front doors: kicker ks693 coax speakers
Rear doors: kicker ks65 coax speakers.
The amp that runs them is a kicker dx400.4 4 channel amp.
The sub is a kicker L7 10" in a atrend spl box.
Amp on the sub is a Polk audio pa1000.1 mono block class d amp.
My head unit is a pioneer.
Once I had it setup and running and of course tuned, thing sounds amazing.
I wouldn't return the infinity speakers. You just need more components (good head unit. Amp, sub) to really bring it together
