X2. I'm getting tired of rebooting mine. For some reason my finger ID is finicky as well so I mainly just swipe and enter my password now. I'm sure they'll get it ironed out.

Re: iOS 9 and UConnect

It was time for a phone upgrade, iPhone 6s with 9.01 is working as it should. I guess my fears have been put to rest. Thanks for sharing your experiences folks.

Re: iOS 9 and UConnect

Just upgraded to ios 9.0.1 and no issues with uconnect on iPhone 6 Plus. Before, on just 9 my phone was laggy at times only when playing games.

Public Service Announcement:
For those without unlimited data plans, don't forget to switch off "Wi-Fi Assist" on iOS 9. Otherwise, you might be in for a nasty surprise on your next invoice.

Good call on sharing this. I had already done this after reading about it a couple of days ago. I get the idea behind the feature but I'd like to know more about the threshold of what constitutes a weak signal vs. strong signal before enabling. I figure it's not that hard to turn off WiFi and use the LTE connection manually if that signal isn't getting the job done.

Unhappy Re: iOS 9 and UConnect

I got a 6S+ and the Uconnect won't read out the texts anymore I'll do the IOS 9.0.1 update and see if it works.

Edit: I should add that hands free works fine

You probably just need to turn it back on after reconnecting your new (6s) device. Go to Settings/Bluetooth/Uconnect and turn messaging on.
