UPDATE: I just received an email from my dealer:


I just got off the phone with sirrus (55 min later...). I spoke with Kendra and she spoke with her supervisor. They esculated the case again and put the proper notes in. It will be back on within a few days and you will get your 1 yr subscription. Your ticked number is ******* and they will call you and follow up.
If its not working in a week please let me know.

I called Sirius after I got the email and they said my ticket number is in their system and is being worked on. I still think it's all BS, but I'll let y'all know if there's another update. I just want the live traffic back! Gee whizz!

The Sirius Travel Link, Weather and Traffic has now been disabled on my GC since 12/15. I also have the trouble ticket and escalated trouble ticket numbers but that's just a SiriusXM stall tactic. 2 1/2 weeks ago, Sirius stated everything would be back to normal in 7 days. Well it's way beyond that time frame.

I'll visit my dealer on Wednesday and see if he can call Chrysler on the dealer line and maybe get a proper answer about this problem.

Same here...account still shows 3 month trial and no TravelLink or Traffic.

I have contacted both...Sirius has been no help as they claim I am only eligible for a 3 month basic trial. I am currently communicating only with the dealer.

I can't believe Sirius hasn't fixed their customer support information by now. Clearly all new Jeeps, Dodges, and Chryslers come with a 1 year trial. It's as simple as telling your customer support reps "This is a problem, these radios should have been set up as 1 year initially and they were not. Here is the code to enter for the correct 1 year trial."

Just an update. Yesterday, I got a call from Sirius corporate customer relations and they refreshed my radio and the Travel Link is mostly working. I noticed that the movie theaters are listed but the movies and times are not listed. Also noticed the sports doesn't work either, whereas everything worked prior to the problem 3 weeks ago.

Could be a programming issue?

They also reinstated the 1 year of trial service beginning yesterday.

At least there is some progress.

DOOD! You're very lucky! I hope I get that call soon. I've be calling Sirius and the dealer nonstop for weeks.

FYI, sports doesn't work unless you're stopped. Movies should though.
