Lost all bass on HK stereo '15 Summit

I haven't touched the EQ but seem to have lost all bass on my Harmon Kardon stereo in my 2015 Summit.

Have make a appointment with dealer but will take a while before I can get there.

Any suggestions?

Re: Lost all bass on HK stereo '15 Summit

You could try the manual amp wake up... go to your equalizer and touch the bass slider up or down. Notice any difference?

That was a problem on the 14's with the Alpine system. Don't know if it ever was with the HK system, or if this problem carried over into the 15's.

It's easy enough to try.

Thanks, Not sure if that was what got it to work again or what.
Going into dealer for 1st service and they said there are most likely some flash updates.

I had the so-called flash to fix the amp wake up issue. LOL... it has worked for others but not for me.
