Correct it is actually shorter then the factory MOPAR cross bars. I would say it is about 1" higher then the original base but several inches shorter since the whip is gone.

Does anyone know if the Dadge Magnum 2008 will work?

Better start training yourself right now to go into Park mode every time you get home!

It will only stay in park mode under a certain speed, 15mph I believe.

Each setting of QL has it's own threshold, etc.

ETA:

Park Mode (Lowers the vehicle approximately 1.5 in

(38 mm)
– This position lowers the vehicle for easier
passenger entry and exit as well as lowering the rear of
the vehicle for easier loading and unloading of cargo.
To enter Park Mode, press the “Down” button once
while the vehicle speed is below 25 mph (40 km/h).
Once the vehicle speed goes below 15 mph (24 km/h)
the vehicle height will begin to lower. If the vehicle
speed remains between 15 mph (24 km/h) and 25 mph
(40 km/h) for greater than 60 seconds, or the vehicle
speed exceeds 25 mph (40 km/h) the Park Mode
change will be cancelled. To exit Park Mode, press the
“Up” button once while in Park Mode or drive the
vehicle over 15 mph (24 km/h).

Re: Mineral Grey Sharkfin

Not to derail Mashie's thread, but I have to give big props to the people at Visual Garage.

In my hurry to order my shark fin I ordered the wrong one. Since I didnt see a drop down for 'Jeep' on the website, the only place I could find my mineral gray color code was under "dodge magnum 2008," so I ordered it. After talking to Mashie I discovered that it wouldnt fit on my WK2. But today I recieved it in the mail and it looked exactly like the one Mashie has posted here on page 1.

So I called them to make sure I was seeing what I was seeing, and sure enough, someone at Visual Garage picked up on it since the Dodge Magnum is so rarely ordered and sent me the one for the WK2. With their non-return policy, they could've sent me the one I ordered, then I realize it, have to eat it, and would have to order one for my WK2. Those guys just saved me $80.

Thanks Visual Garage! It installed in about 5 minutes and looks great.
