Missing channel 74 and 76 on sirius XM

I just bought a new 2015 JGC limited. Two channels are missing on SXM and I called Sirius. They refreshed satellite signal multiple times without any success.

I am aware that there is a TSB for 2014 JGC to replace faulty antenna. But in my case, all other channels are clear. Could this still be the antenna problem? Sirius told me that Jeep locked out the two channels, but I don't think jeep would do that. I am really puzzled. Could anyone check on your SXM to see whether you have these channels (74 and 76)? I appreciate any help.

These channels are active on my '14. Of course, mine is an active paid subscription.

Leave it to Sirius to blame Jeep for the missing channels.

I doubt it's an antenna issue. You'd be having problems with all channels if it was.

Have you gone into your Sirius settings? Those might be on "Channel Skip" setting by accident.

My bad. I now removed the the channel skip, and all is good now. Thank you for your help.

It's curious that there was only 4 miles on the odometer when I took delivery of the vehicle, but it looks like during the 4 miles someone has reset the oil life counter and set the gps to Alberta Canada besides this radio setting. I assumed everything was factory default and it never occurred to me that is not the case. LOL..
