Navigation/clock problems

I have a 05 Laredo with the built in navi. I've been having trouble with the unit reading my navi DVD. It says error reading DVD. I can't get into the menu to change the time.

I thought there was a way to bypass the DVD by pushing 3 buttons. I know I did it before I just forget what buttons I need to push.

Also does anyone know if a cleaner cd will clean my lens and help it read my DVD?
