Navigation Voice Guidance Volume

Has anyone noticed the volume for guidance when navigation is on seems to have a mind of its own? First time I used Nav my music kept cutting in and out and couldn't figure out why. It was the navigation voice guidance turning on but the volume was set at 0. I found where to turn it up in the Settings but it seems to change the volume by itself. I changed it to 20, then a few hours later it was set to 13. Set it to 19 then it turned itself to 13 again. Any idea on what could be moving the volume? I must be missing something!

Re: Navigation Voice Guidance Volume

Mine did that until somebody here suggested using the radio volume knob while "she" is talking. I set it to 18 and it has stayed there for months.

yeah.. lol my 2011 was that way too. Took me a bit to realize if you turn the vol knob while she is talking, or on the phone.. each "feature" has its own volume and can be controled by then knob

Re: Navigation Voice Guidance Volume

Yep, what I did was start a route navigation. Then I clicked the upper left corner to make her say the next route and I changed the volume while she was talking. Click the upper left corner again to keep adjusting the volume until you have what you want. Then cancel the route (if you really didn't need to go someplace).

Volume has stayed the same ever since.
