Neat discovery on 430N

I have been re-reading the manual to try to catch a few things I might have missed. One item I found was with uConnect and the 430N. When you are in SAT mode you can hit the VR button and speak the channel number or just the name itself, IE: "LITHIUM". The manual seemed to imply that you would need to say "SELECT NAME" and then possibly be prompted for the station name but that didn't work. As it turns out you only need to speak the name of the station.

Re: Neat discovery on 430N

Thanks. I have only been saying the number, never the name.

Re: Neat discovery on 430N/ and Serius question

Thanks, I was sure my SAT radio was going to expire today and then I read your post and thought, hmm, never tried any of that. Turned it on, did my best imitation of Mojo Nixon's "OUTLAW COUNTRY!" and there it was. Now I will wait to see when my subscription expires and hope they offer a better deal than the 15 different quotes I get from service at Sirius. So far they quote about $120 a year and I've heard I should be able to do better. Anyone done better, lately.
